NIGHTS INTO DREAMS: GET THE MOST REMAINING REMAININGS OF YOUR REMEMBERING YOURSELF and get a night of sleep in just 10 minutes.
It’s the first time we’ve ever tried to get rid of our sleep and wake up feeling like we’re on a vacation, but it’s already a pretty interesting experiment.
The idea is to sleep for 20 minutes and then wake up again after that time and feel refreshed.
The team from SleepWorks, a sleep research company based in England, said they used a smartphone app called SleepWave to track the user’s dreams and found they tended to wake up within 10 minutes and fall asleep within an hour.
They said their research was carried out with volunteers in a lab and was not an attempt to improve our sleep, but instead to get a clearer picture of what actually happens in our bodies when we sleep.
The app is available on Google Play and can be downloaded for free, but is currently only available in the US.
The company says it will soon roll it out to other countries.
The results are pretty fascinating.
The app is based on the idea that if you sleep for a while, you may start to think about the future, which can help you get a better grasp on what’s happening in the present.
It also shows you how much time has passed, so you can better understand what’s going on with your body.
“We also found that this technique can help us understand our sleep,” SleepWorks’ marketing director Simon Brown said.
“It’s not just about getting you to get up and go out, but how we sleep at the same time.”
